I'm glad AI final quiz will be on next Monday,but assignment 2 have to be send today,I have 2 questions yet to find the answer but manage to finish it off before 12pm.As for today final AI class(the lab done 2 weeks ago) it was revision for final exam as the lecturer give some tips for which and how to answer the questions.The lecturer mention previous semester students got A or A- easily for AI subject so she say she'll upgrade the questions standard,I think she mean more difficult and trick questions,when I say trick for example the term 'application' will turn into 'component',confusing.

I try a new chatbox and replace it with previous shoutbox I code in(please no more screw up error)

6 days left before the portal presentation,the portal give a headache to all of us software enginner students to say the least.

No idea and not allow to enter

We suppose to have SE class today at 2pm but somehow Puan didn't show up,we wait about 20+ minutes and she still didn't show up so I assume don't have SE class.About the portal we still trying to figure out how to upload or understand the database.

On to other stuff,I finally done our Data communication and network presentation yesterday and today the continuation of the presentation but I didn't went to class,I heard from my friend the lecturer the door so the students which late come to class not allowed to enter,what gives? Yesterday students walk in and out from the class/presentation but the lecturer didn't bother,weird.

Presentation of SE portal

We're suppose to present the portal this coming Monday on 19th March but all the students think that it was early,next Monday also will be Data Comm and Network presentation,2 presentation in one day is not acceptable so Puan Badariah change our schedule time to 26th March,being said that we have one week to finish off the portal.As for Software engineer class,since all of the chapter was done there will be no class on Monday but will have class on Tuesday,the last class.

Asking questions,the final AI,coding and others

We conduct an interview with Puan Badariah last Thursday at 12.30pm asking what requirement does she want for the portal,we asked about 15 questions and some question are not that important but mostly we've got the answer what she want and don't want and the interview didn't take that long,about 10-15 minutes.Other than that last Thursday also was the last Artificial Intelligence lab for section 01A(ananth and my section,thank you miss Fadzlin for all the teaching) and the section was having last presentation about John McCarthy,nothing difficult about the presentation as it only took 5-10 minutes for each groups and whoever attend the last lab also get bonus mark.
Yesterday inside Uniten campus was also full of activities including battle of the band audition at MPH,students applying study plan for this coming June within Uniten be it in students apartment,COIT or KMC and at night it was Uniten based forum members gathering which I didn't attend any of those activities,I just happen to know.Hopefully we can complete our portal before the dateline.

Forgot to mention about the new cool javascript I add,I don't know much about coding as I have no interest to explore but I'm pretty impress with the javascript I add,the counter hit with fire like layout design(as our group blog theme is inferno) and a shoutbox which I'm not sure whether its functional or not,so I need you readers to post something there.Could've get extra bonus mark if I did this earlier for our blog presentation.

Hectic week!

wow...last week was probably the most hectic week for this semester (life ain't that fun when thers a presentation, and 2 mid-term papers in a week..). I'm just glad that it is over.about the presentation we had for our blog, I'm glad its over.haha was tensed up the whole week thinking of it, but in the end, i think we managed to do well in the presentation, though we were told that our marks will be deducted cause i didn't wear a tie! now that's not a good way to lose your points rite? haha guess i better learn for this, cause there is a lot more presentations coming soon, dun wanna simply lose precious marks =D

well i(praveen) and ananth took part in KSM phase1 that was held in the other uniten pahang. well i have to say that we were kinda lucky because me managed to see and feel the environment over there which was well different from here. there is not many entertainment over ther (imagine this, i am a Digi user..and 1/2 way before reaching the university, my line died T_T' ). the 2 nearest towns from the campus is well over 70km away, so it was kinda impossible to go for a movie or hang out in malls. but wat i admire obout this place is that the canteen provides food that is a million times better than ours. anyway back to the karnival.. we took part in chess. well it felt weird because we had just enough people who registered to represent COIT in chess, compared to EE and ME who had to held a pemilihan due to the number of people who registered for this sport. we managed to get third place in the end (thats out of four teams =P ). haha i was kinda suprised to see COIT getting whacked by the other faculties. we third place and last place in nearly all of the events (this is due to exxacive amount of time spent sitting in front of the computers i guess..) anyway the result doesent really matter..because we had fun!

we started our group meeting that day(not sure what day was it exactly =D ). it was to discuss about the software process model we had to do. we also had a meeting to discuss about the questions Pn.Badariah gave us. i was surprised about how long it took us to complete the work.though we were satisfied with the effort put in for this assignment,hopefully we will do better in the next assignment of SE.

Software engineer related

I would like make my first post as well,what to talk about...hmm....basically nothing I have nothing in mind to make my post interesting.Last Monday it was tiring day,worst when it was Software Engineer time when the lecturer talk in front my mind is dead,and then the night class again,it was like working hours,except that theres no salary involved.I read other student blog and they post about Pn Badariah ask what is the meaning of 'error',yeah what is the meaning of it,'error' I know what it means but don't know how to convert it into definition,all of her question is hard to answer...in fact for me Software Engineer subject is hard.

Right now we all try to figure out how to editing our blogspot and make it more interesting but it takes time though since we're not use to the blogpost features and we are busy with other subject for this semester so we cannot over focusly on this blog.

Monday we'll present something about Soft.E related stuff which I forgot already,I hope we all present successfully because deduction point is not a good thing.

Small tsunami waves hit Japan after quake

TOKYO (Reuters) - Small tsunami waves hit northern and eastern Japan on Saturday after a powerful north Pacific earthquake prompted tsunami warnings across northern and eastern Japan and Russia, as well as Alaska.
Tsunami watches were also issued for parts of the Pacific, a region that is nervous about tsunami two years after a deadly wave off Aceh in Indonesia killed more than 230,000 people. The watches included Guam, Taiwan, the Philippines and Hawaii.
A 40 cm wave was reported at Chichijima in the Ogasawara islands, some 1,200 km south of Tokyo, and several smaller waves on Hokkaido and northern Japan, but there were no reports of injuries and no immediate reports of damage.
Japan later downgraded the tsunami warning to a "watch". It had earlier issued evacuation advisories for tens of thousands of households in the country.
The USGS (U.S. Geological Survey) put the quake magnitude at 7.9, a "major" tremor, and said its epicentre was 525 km east northeast of Kuril'sk, Kurile islands, and 1,710 km northeast of Tokyo.
The same area was struck by a powerful quake in November, prompting evacuations and tsunami warnings, but in the end only small waves -- the highest 40 cm -- reached Japan.
An official in Russia's Emergencies Ministry told Reuters that the threat of a tsunami had passed.
"Half-past eight, nine o' clock Moscow time (0530-0600 GMT) was the approximate time the threat of a tsunami was due to appear. That time passed, and the threat did not materialise. Everything is normal," the official said.

hello everybody! welcome to our very own blog. this is group inferno, from ccsb243 section 01. since this is our very first post, let me introduce the members in our group. group inferno consist of 4 members and they are Praveen , M Sujenthira , Ananth and Benjamin. we will be posting story not only about our Software Engeneering subject, but latest news from all over the world from time to time. we hopee you could enjoy our posts and leave your comments whenever you want.
